Welcome to Jet Ski Parts / WSM Australia (“Jetskiparts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The following policies govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Jetskiparts. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
1. Returns & Refunds
All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date and are subject to prior written approval by Jetskiparts. No items may be returned without an issued Return Authorisation (RA) number.
To be eligible for return, all items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in new, resalable condition
- Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials
Returns received without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Additional charges may apply if the product requires inspection, repackaging, or is returned incomplete.
If an item is assessed and determined to be not in resalable condition, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued. Such items may be returned to the customer at their cost.
Customers are responsible for all freight, insurance, and shipping costs associated with returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Jetskiparts.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Special order or custom-made products
- Electrical and electronic components
- Clearance, discounted, or sale items
2. Warranty Policy
Jetskiparts warrants products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect installation, misuse, or improper application
- Damage caused by racing, wave jumping, corrosion, overheating, or lack of maintenance
- Modified or altered products
- Failures caused by incompatible, faulty, or aftermarket components
All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and an approved RA number. Items must be returned clean, complete, and unmodified for assessment.
Jetskiparts reserves the sole and absolute right to determine:
- Whether a product qualifies for warranty
- The appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or store credit)
- Whether any related or secondary components are eligible for consideration
Jetskiparts shall not be liable for labour costs, installation costs, loss of use, towing charges, downtime, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy
Jetskiparts is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services.
Personally identifiable information may include your name, address, email address, company name, and telephone number. This information is stored securely and used only in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Jetskiparts does not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties, except where required to fulfil orders or comply with legal obligations.
Payment information is transmitted securely to our payment gateway provider and is never stored directly by Jetskiparts.
Security Policy
Jetskiparts takes reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard customer information. All payment transactions are processed through Authorize.net, a secure and PCI-compliant payment gateway.
Our website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption and threat-protection measures to prevent unauthorised access or data compromise.
While we implement strong security practices, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Dealer orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST will generally be dispatched on the same business day. All other orders are typically dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days.
Jetskiparts reserves the right to select the most efficient shipping carrier unless otherwise requested. Priority shipping requests must be communicated at the time of purchase.
Order processing is subject to successful payment verification and authorisation.
Drop-ship orders are accepted only with prior approval. A $10.00 service fee per shipment applies. Drop-ship orders are not eligible for shipping discounts, promotions, or upgrades.
