Long block assembly with cylinder head. Ancillaries excluded unless specifically listed.

Short Block: no cylinder head. Long Block: includes cylinder head. Complete Engine: may include PTO housing, oil system components, stator and selected bolt-on components where specifically listed.

What Is A Fully Reconditioned Engine?

A fully reconditioned engine is stripped, cleaned, inspected and rebuilt using a combination of new replacement parts and serviceable OEM components. Critical tolerances are measured and components are replaced where required to return the engine to a reliable serviceable condition.

The exact components replaced can vary between engines depending on the condition of the original core, but the process may include cylinder measurement, honing, piston rings, bearings, seals, timing components, head inspection, pressure testing, surface machining and new gaskets.

Australia-wide freight is available and charged separately. Engines are generally shipped on a pallet. Commercial delivery, residential delivery, depot collection and tailgate service may be available depending on location.

Exchange Engine Conditions

Advertised pricing assumes a rebuildable exchange engine is supplied where exchange is noted.

Additional charges may apply if the returned engine is incomplete, severely corroded, has broken crankcases, missing major components, fire damage or catastrophic failure that renders the core non-rebuildable.

3 Month Warranty Available

A 3 Month Warranty is available when the engine is installed by a qualified marine mechanic and all work is completed in accordance with the applicable factory workshop manual, specifications and procedures.

• Factory torque settings and torque sequences must be followed.
• Timing, lubrication, cooling and commissioning procedures must be completed to manufacturer requirements.
• All ancillary systems must be inspected and confirmed serviceable before operation.
• Installation invoices and start-up records may be requested for any warranty claim.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, overheating, oil starvation, water ingestion, fuel contamination, detonation, lean running, supercharger failure, tuning modifications, racing use or failure of external components not supplied with the engine.
